USA SUPPLEMENT RETURN POLICY

Unopened / Sealed Supplements:
We offer a 30-day return  (from date of purchase) on any unopened Wellena supplements. 

Opened supplements:
May be returned, for store credit only, within 30 days of date of purchase. 

Final Sale or Free Gifts with Purchase:
Items purchased as Final Sale or received for free are ineligible for return or exchange.

How to Return a Supplement

Returns are simple and easy at Wellena:

  1. To return a supplement, please email our team and let us know if it is a new / unopened item, or if it is an opened and used item. 
  2.  Please also request a Return Authorization # by emailing our support team at support@hormonesbalance.com.
  3. Please be sure to include your RA# on the shipping box.
  4. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

    **Please note: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. We suggest that you obtain tracking and/or shipping insurance, as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Please note returns can take 4-8 weeks to process dependent on shipping, and warehouse processing times. 


USA SKINCARE RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day (from date of purchase) refund on any Wellena skincare products if they are not right for you:

Unused / Unopened Skincare Items:

  1. Please email us at support@hormonesbalance.com with the unused item you would like to return. 
  2. Please also request a Return Authorization # in your email. 
  3. Include your RA# on your shipping box. 
  4. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Used / Open Skincare Items:

  1. If the product has been used and your order falls within our 30-day return policy, and it did not work out for you, you may return it for a refund. 
  2. Please email us at support@hormonesbalance.com and let us know which item you would like to return. 
  3. Please don't send the item back. You may pass the item to a friend or dispose of it. 

PROGRAM / COURSE RETURNS

All Wellena/Hormones Balance courses and programs are non-refundable.
